Stephanie Marie Shober is the daughter of Edward and Virginia Shober. Stephanie is a senior at Desert Vista High School with a GPA of 3.89 and ranks 135 in her graduating class.
Stephanie was selected to the 2010 Tempe All-City team in swimming. Stephanie placed 10th in the 500 free style, 15th in the 200 free style her senior year. In her junior year Stephanie placed 8th in the 500 free style and 11th in the 100 breast stroke. she also placed in state as a sophomore and freshman.
Stephanie is an Arizona AIA Scholar Athlete all four years in high school. She also is a Desert Vista Academic Excellence Award winner. Stephanie has also competed in USA Swimming Sectional meets in 2009, 2010, and 2011.
Her school activities include membership in the Swim team, Spanish Club, Science Club, Anytown, and USA Swim team. Stephanie was captain of the Swim team and Vice President of the National Charity League. Stephanie also is a member of the National Mother-Daughter Philanthropic Organization.
