Brett has been an outstanding football athlete while attending Marcos de Niza. Bret is a 1st team All Pima Region Defensive End, an All-State player, and an Arizona All-Star in football.
Brett also plays Soccer, Lacrosse, and Rugby. Brett received national recognition as a member of the USA under 20 national Rugby Team in 2009.
Brett ranks 41st in a class of 463 seniors and carries a 3.43 grade point avereage. His community activities include Blue Star Moms packaging care boxes for soldiers overseas. Brett also helps with Youth Rugby clinics to iintroduce the sport to younger athletes.
Brett is the son of Beth and Will Thompson.
